FTA Ltd aims to provide all of its delegates with the best quality of service when attending CPD courses.  We recognise that some delegates may require special assistance and we are dedicated to making sure individuals are treated in a fair, consistent and transparent way.  Where possible FTA will take reasonable steps and make appropriate arrangements for delegates who need special assistance.
