Financial modelling course - Feb 2012

Our financial modelling course is a “hands on” program. On this course delegates are provided with the opportunity to create their own cash flow forecast in Excel as part of building a complete and integrated model of financial statements.

Negotiating corporate finance deals course - Mar 2012

Our corporate finance course: "negotiating financial issues in acquisition agreements" helps participants get on the front foot with negotiations around the big value items in deals. The course examines the areas in transactions where the work of the lawyer and specialist accountant or corporate finance advisor collide, focusing on certain financial, accounting and commercial elements of deals.

Advanced financial modelling course - Mar 2012

Our advanced financial modelling course course allows participants to improve the reliability and quality of their financial models. The course is designed for users with some prior experience of financial modelling in Excel. It shows course delegates how to build superior models using tried and tested methods, applying Excel shortcuts and tricks.

Private equity course - Apr 2012

Our private equity course explains how the industry works. The course unpacks recent controversies and challenges for principals, explores how private equity firms structure their investments, how management teams benefit and how money is made.
